He was the gardener at the Rijksmuseum garden in Amsterdam. We sat down on a bench and he was right there in front of us. He was serious and committed to his job. We took several pictures, I wonder if he knew? Sometimes he would turn and look at us, we where there for a while, and then he would go back to his job. He didn't move much from that spot. The flowers were beautiful but still, it was a hard job. We took some more pictures, then wandered around, and then we left.
